Victoria Beckham gave filter-free access to her life as she let Netflix in to film her self-titled documentary.
The 51-year-old has been in the spotlight since the '90s due to her pop career, modelling gigs, fashion line and her high profile marriage to David Beckham.
She's lived her life under the watchful eye of the public who have seen her become a mother to her four children, Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper. In her new documentary, various areas of her life have been placed at the forefront, including her marriage.
In the first episode, Victoria talks about how David always likes to be early, but referred to it as "embarrassing"; as she's discussing it, David appears to hear her, raising his eyebrows and appearing a little disgruntled.
Speaking on behalf ofOLBG, body language expert Inbaal Honigman has assessed his reaction, stating that the comment "hurt" David.
Inbaal said: "When Victoria says that it's actually embarrassing that they always turn up early to events, David reacts by making three separate moves.
"First, he raises his eyebrows, which indicates surprise. Victoria's description of the birthday party they were early for didn't surprise him. But the revelation that she finds it embarrassing is surprising to him."
David was being filmed separately in the kitchen while Victoria was discussing it in a sit-down interview, he was pouring himself a glass of wine as the conversation continued.
Inbaal added: "Then, David shakes his head lightly from side to side, which is a mark of disbelief. He disagrees with Victoria that timekeeping is embarrassing."
She added: "And finally, he sucks his teeth. This is a strong sign of disagreement. When this flash-quick response is over, David goes back to his glass, moving it around in a soothing gesture. The word 'embarrassing' hurt him, and he's self-soothing following his initial response."
Victoria had said in the interview that they were at a party before the host and the waiting staff, laughing, prompting the production team to laugh at the comment as well.
Despite his brief moment of hurt, he didn't let it ruin his evening as the pair then posed for a photo together before heading for a night out.
Victoria went on to show snippets of their married life throughout the limited series; it is currently streaming now with three episodes available to watch.
